  To maintain harmonious relations and promote leadership standard, peace and
  integrity, a Code of Discipline has been laid down which applies to both pastors
  and credential holders. It specifies various obligations for the leadership and the
  ministry workers with the objective of promoting cooperation and performance
  standard among church credential holders.
